The Deco is proud to offer a safe and comfortable living space for those with disabilities. We offer a variety of ADA-accessible apartment units, as well as accessible community spaces. However, we know that disabilities are not one-size-fits-all. To learn more about specific accessibility features, please contact our team. We’ll help you choose the best apartment unit for your individual needs.

Pet Policy Type: Cat, Dog
The Deco is a pet friendly building! We welcome 2 pets per home. All of our units are cat friendly, and select units are dog friendly with a weight limit. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet, and $35 monthly rent per pet will apply. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to: Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow, American Bulldog, wolf hybrid or any mix thereof. Snakes and other carnivorous reptiles are not permitted.
We offer surface lot parking with covered parking space options. A $20 parking fee will apply. Please contact our leasing office for more information.
